Drawing from over 14 years of experience working with diverse clients at various health stages, I've identified non-negotiables and foundational elements crucial for achieving optimal health. Unlike conventional weight-loss programs or “challenges”, The Momentum Program is about fostering a sustainable lifestyle. Daily Expectations
